2. What data we process and why

• Email enquiries. If you write to us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep this data for as long as the conversation lasts and afterwards for the applicable legal periods.
• Technical visit data. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, browser, date and time, page visited) to deliver the website and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and has no registration or purchase forms: purchases are made on Amazon, which processes your data under its own privacy policy.

3. Service providers

• Netlify, Inc. (web hosting, USA).
• Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.): fonts loaded from Google servers, which receive your IP address.
• jsDelivr (content delivery network): code libraries used by the website.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

4. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to valnua.wellness@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in particular the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the authority of your country of residence.
